We had a wonderful experience with Thermal Logistics! When we returned from vacation, we were not expecting our central air system to go out on us. However, when it did, Thermal Logistics came out very quickly and assessed the system. After we decided to replace the 30+ year old system, Jonathon presented us with several options and took the time to explain each one. He even prepared all of the paperwork for us so that we could receive rebates for system. The men who installed the system were polite, friendly, neat, and did an outstanding job.
